Är USA valen i djupare mening demokratiska

USA är ett land där båda existerande partier representerar de besuttna medborgarna. Deras representativa demokrati representerar endast en liten del av befolkningen. Är detta kompatibel med demo-krati begreppet. Kan då USA valen vara demokratiska i ordet egentlig bemärkelse?

Betyder inte demos (folket på grekiska), och demokrati folkflertalet?

Så frågan för mig låter en smula överflödig

Men naturligt-vis, är en smula bättre med en svart intellektuell som president, än med en cow-boy eller en mormon som pre-sident.

Och är det politiken eller storfinansen som bestämmer i USA eller i resten av världen? Om nu vill man vara lite mer noga i debatten än vad som är brukligt i populismens och ytlighetens tidevarv.

Men måste man välja mellan pest och kolera, är naturligt-vis, valet givet…

PS: Obama lik Kissing-her är båda fredsnobel pristagare som har gjort sig skyldiga till mord på oskyldiga… Paradoxal, nej kompatibel med dagens styrelse koder och kanske även gårdagens mega makthavare olustiga beteenden.

 

Are the U.S. elections democratic in a deeper meaning?

USA is a country where two existing parties represent the propertied citizens. Their representative democracy represents only a small portion of the population. Is this compatible with democracy concept? Could the U.S. election be democratic in the word strict sense?

Does not demos (the people in old Greek), and democracy majority of the population?

So the question for me sounds a tad redundant

But, of course, is a tad better with a black intellectual as President, than with a cow-boy or a Mormon as pre-sident.

And it’s politics or big business that determines the U.S. or the rest of the world’s life? Now if you want to be a little more careful in the debate than is customary in this populist and superficiality era.

But if we must choose between two evils, is of course the answer, given the choice…

PS: Obama and Kissing-her both peace Nobel prices who has been guilty of the murder of innocents and civilians … Paradoxical? No, compatible with today’s governance codes and maybe even yesterday’s mega rulers unpleasant behaviors.
