CNN host Piers Morgan is likely wanting another chat with daytime talk-show host Dr. Oz. for an explanation on why he got sick just days after having a flu vaccination administered on live television.

According to his recent interview with country music star and actor Dwight Yoakam, the host is admittedly feeling under-the-weather and has a sore throat.

Morgan asks, “You’re a singer; you must have had sore throats over the years. As you can tell, things are deteriorating. Is there any advice you can give me?”

Yoakam tells Morgan, “Don’t ever take a flu shot again,” referring to Morgan’s recent public stunt in which he and Dr. Oz attempted to dispel the “myth” surrounding vaccines that one can acquire the flu post-vaccination; however, Morgan’s “deteriorating” condition does anything but support the TV doctor’s claims.

Morgan told Yoakam, “We’re both doing the math, so I mean, we both saw him put that thing in my arm and within 10 days I’m struck down.”

Yoakam replied that he was skeptical about their efficacy and that he himself had never been vaccinated: “…I’m not a medical advisor…I don’t believe in them.”

Days ago, the folks at CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight thought it’d make for an entertaining segment to have Dr. Oz shoot Morgan up with the flu vaccine on live TV.

In the segment, Morgan rolls up his sleeve for his “first ever flu shot” as he nervously asks Dr. Oz about the “myths” surrounding the vaccine.

“So the myth about these, and I’m told it’s a myth, is that you can actually get flu or flu-like symptoms simply by having the shot. Is that true?”

As if reading straight from the CDC’s own seasonal flu vaccine fact guide, Oz brazenly replies, “You cannot get the flu from the flu shot because the material is actually dead flu virus. So it cannot cause a problem for you. It’s based on whatever virus was present in Southeast Asia a few days ago.”

“So that is a myth?” Morgan asks.

“That’s a myth,” Oz reassures.

After he injects Morgan with the dead flu strain, Oz. turns to the crowd and takes a bow as if he’s just performed some tremendous feat.

Morgan’s very public onset of illness following his inoculation doesn’t do much to help the image of the vaccine industry who many have argued may be doing more harm than good. Past news items don’t seem too reassuring either.

For instance, a few days ago, Reuters gave an account from one of nearly 800 children in Europe that had developed narcolepsy as a result of being immunized with the Pandemrix H1N1 swine flu vaccine produced by the British drugmaker, GlaxoSmithKline in 2009.

Emmanuel Mignot, a specialist in the sleep disorder at Stanford University in the U.S., stated that there was no doubt in his mind “that Pandemrix increased the occurrence of narcolepsy onset in children in some countries – and probably in most countries.”

In October 2012, according to the Wall Street Journal, “Switzerland’s health regulator imposed an immediate ban on Novartis AG’s flu vaccines… after possibly contaminated flu shots were found in batches in Italy…”

This past September, a study led by Vancouver’s Dr. Danuta Skowronski, an influenza expert at the B.C. Centre for Disease Control, found that people who received a flu shot before the outbreak of the 2009 H1N1 pandemic were more likely to get infected with the swine flu virus than those who didn’t take it.

Also, in July 2010, a report from Australia’s The Age found that influenza vaccines sent 100 infants into life-threatening convulsions, after which Australian health authorities were forced to reiterate a ban “on the use of Fluvax for children under five as a result of the convulsions which occurred at nine times the expected rate.”

The CDC also lists seizures in children as a “moderate” side effect of injecting the Influenza vaccine, while listing adverse reactions like fevers, headaches, and hoarseness as “mild.”

The list goes on to say, “Life-threatening allergic reactions from vaccines are very rare. If they do occur, it is usually within a few minutes to a few hours after the shot.”

This is the shocking face of China’s brutal one child policy which many academics and pressure groups are now calling to be imposed in the west – the image shows a 9 month old baby lying dead in a bucket, forcibly aborted by Chinese family planning authorities in the town of Moshan, Shandong province.

Because the parents of the baby already had a child, they were hunted down and forced to comply with China’s draconian one child policy. The mother was injected with a poison that induced an abortion, but after the baby was “pulled out inhumanly like a piece of meat,” it was still alive and began to cry before doctors slung the defenseless child into a bucket and left it to die.

The time stamp on the image tells us the baby was killed on Monday. The image began circulating today on Weibo, China’s version of Twitter, which has around 260 million members. The story has attracted widespread revulsion directed against the family planning authorities responsible for the murder of the baby.

China’s one child policy is enforced by way of forced abortions, infanticide and compulsory sterilization. In many cases, women are literally kidnapped off the street by state goons from the “Birth Control Office,” driven to government hospitals, drugged, and their child is forcibly aborted.

In one case in 2009, both a young woman and her baby were killed after such an abduction in Liaocheng City.

“According to a Doctor at the hospital where the two died, the young woman was kidnapped by the “Birth Control Office” and taken to the hospital where she was forced to undergo an abortion procedure,” reported the Epoch Times.

“The young woman fought with staff to protect her unborn child however a half a dozen men, pushed her down on a bed and injected her with a drug to induce labor. After the young woman had a still birth, she developed a massive hemorrhage and soon thereafter died.”

The practice of infanticide has its origins in barbaric eras of ancient history, but it is still common is many areas of the world today, including China where the one child policy allied with the social pressure to have boys has resulted in a massive imbalance in the population. Studies have found that 40 million girls are ‘missing’ in China as a result of gender-selective abortion and infanticide. In India, there are 50 million less females for the same reasons.

Advocates of population control, which is nothing more than a disguise for modern day eugenics, have long pressured for the one child policy to be enforced in the west. In 2009, an article written in Canada’s National Post argued for “A planetary law, such as China’s one-child policy, is the only way to reverse the disastrous global birthrate.”

In his 1977 book Ecoscience, current White House science czar John P. Holdren floated the idea of forced abortions and compulsory sterilization, amongst a raft of other draconian population control measures, all of which would be carried out by a “Planetary Regime”.

During a speech at Sichuan University last year, Vice President Joe Biden told an audience that he “fully understands” China’s one child policy.

News network CNN, in addition to billionaire Ted Turner and other elitists, along with a whole host of pressure groups committed to pushing for population control, have all advocated the one child policy.

As we reported last month, a paper published in the Journal of Medical Ethics authored by top academics at the University of Melbourne argued that abortion should be extended to make the killing of newborn babies permissible, even if the baby is perfectly healthy.

The authors argued that “both fetuses and newborns do not have the same moral status as actual persons,” and that because abortion is allowed even when there is no problem with the fetus’ health, “killing a newborn should be permissible in all the cases where abortion is, including cases where the newborn is not disabled.”

The scintilla of hope that we can take from this distressing story is the fact that this baby’s precious few minutes of life before it was murdered were not in vain and in fact could end up meaning more than most people who live to old age. Why? Because as a result of seeing this one image, scores of couples around the world could decide against having an abortion, saving many more babies’ lives in the long run.

The image also serves as a damning condemnation of China’s arcane one child policy, as well as a warning that calls to impose similar population control measures in the west should be forcefully discredited, resisted and rejected at every turn.

Cold Shutdown … or Escape of Hot Fuel?

I noted last month in connection with Tepco’s announcement of “cold shutdown” of the Fukushima reactors:

If the reactors are “cold”, it may be because most of the hot radioactive fuel has leaked out.

The New York Times pointed out last month:

A former nuclear engineer with three decades of experience at a major engineering firm … who has worked at all three nuclear power complexes operated by Tokyo Electric [said] “If the fuel is still inside the reactor core, that’s one thing” …. But if the fuel has been dispersed more widely, then we are far from any stable shutdown.”

Indeed, if the center of the reactors are in fact relatively “cold”, it may be because most of the hot radioactive fuel has leaked out of the containment vessels and escaped into areas where it can do damage to the environment.

After drilling a hole in the containment vessel of Fukushima reactor 2, Tepco cannot find the fuel. As AP notes:

The steam-blurred photos taken by remote control Thursday found none of the reactor’s melted fuel ….

The photos also showed inner wall of the container heavily deteriorated after 10 months of exposure to high temperature and humidity, Matsumoto said.

TEPCO workers inserted the endoscope — an industrial version of the kind of endoscope doctors use — through a hole in the beaker-shaped container at the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant’s No. 2 reactor ….

The probe failed to find the water surface, which indicate the water sits at lower-than-expected levels inside the primary containment vessel and questions the accuracy of the current water monitors, Matsumoto said.

And while cold shutdown means that the water inside the reactors is below the boiling point, CNN reports:

Massive steam and water drops made it difficult to get a clear vision….

Given that steam forms when water boils, this is an indication that the reactor is not in cold shutdown.

Mainchi points out that reactors 1 and 3 are probably in no better shape:

The fuel inside the Nos. 1 to 3 reactors is believed to have melted through the pressure vessels and been accumulating in the outer primary containers after the Fukushima plant lost its key functions to cool the reactors in the wake of the earthquake and tsunami on March 11 last year.

An effort to impose the sort of “humanitarian aid” on Syria that ultimately killed around 30,000 people in Libya is underway in Tunisia.

CNN reports that “world powers” – corrupt states belonging to the Arab League and ultimately members of the European Union – are “mapping out a plan to deliver humanitarian aid” in Syria under the banner of “Friends of Syria.”

On Thursday, Secretary of State Clinton gave her blessing to a move to arm the Syrian opposition. CNN attempted to soften the deadly impact of Clinton’s move to initiate a fresh round of terror and murder by stating that “the opposition will find willing sources to supply them with munitions to counter the Syrian government onslaught blamed for thousands of deaths.”

“There will be increasingly capable opposition forces,” Clinton hinted. “They will from somewhere, somehow, find the means to defend themselves as well as begin offensive measures.”

The latest “Arab Spring” effort to impose a new political order in Syria arrives after months of corporate media coverage portraying the al-Assad regime as murderous while ignoring reports of CIA and NATO snipers killing civilians.

An Arab League report issued earlier this month revealed that the Free Syria Army and other “armed opposition groups” are currently engaged in killing civilians and police and conducting terrorist attacks targeting innocent civilians.

In January, it was reported that MI6, the CIA, and British SAS are in Syria working with the Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council to overthrow the al-Assad regime. The Free Syrian Army is widely recognized as a creation of NATO. It is comprised largely of militants from the Muslim Brotherhood – itself an asset of British intelligence – and is funded, supported, and armed by the United States, Israel, and Turkey.

Former FBI interpreter and whistle blower Sibel Edmunds, former CIA officer Philip Giraldi, and a handful of others have reported on the U.S.-NATO-CIA campaign to undermine al-Assad and violently depose his regime, but this information had been routinely ignored by the establishment media.

An advance draft of the Friends of Syria plan calls for al-Assad to agree to an immediate cease-fire or face a “yet-to-be mentioned response” from the “world community.” It recognizes the Syrian National Council as a “credible representative of the Syrian people.”

As we noted last November, the Syrian National Council is supported by the Muslim Brotherhood, which supported the al-Qaeda rebels in Libya and is now working with the NATO installed government to turn that country into another impoverished Arab vassal state indebted to the IMF and the bankers.

In January, Haitham Maleh, a founding member of the executive committee of the Syrian National Council, called for murdering Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, his British wife and three children.

Singer died after taking a cocktail of anti-depressant drugs

The corporate media tells us it will be “six to eight weeks” before we know for sure how Whitney Houston died . By then they hope nobody will be paying attention, because it’s already been reported that the singer was killed by a cocktail of pharmaceutical drugs.

The 48-year-old performer was found dead in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday.

“An autopsy was completed on Houston Sunday, but “there will be no cause of death at this time because it is pending toxicology reports,” Ed Winter, assistant chief of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, told CNN.
“Winter declined to release the coroner’s initial finding of cause of death, saying lab results were expected in six to eight weeks.”

However, TMZ reports that Houstton’s family has already been told by L.A. County Coroner officials that “the singer did not die from drowning, but rather from what appears to be a combination of Xanax and other prescription drugs mixed with alcohol.”

No illegal drugs were found in Houston’s hotel room “but prescription drugs were present,” including “various pill bottles”. Despite talk of alcohol playing a role in her death, “There was no evidence that Whitney was drinking alcohol in the room.”

Houston had “a plethora of sedatives including Lorazepam, Valium, Xanax, and a sleeping medication that was found in her hotel room,” reports Radar Online.

Mainstream news networks have largely avoided discussion of multiple reports of pharmaceutical drugs being the cause of Houston’s death because the establishment is keen to hide the fact that pharmaceutical drugs, particularly psychotropic anti-depressants, kill more people than illegal substances by a factor of 300 per cent.

“Prescription drugs kill over 200,000 Americans every year — even when taken as directed and not abused!,” notes Mike Adams. In comparison, there is no documented case of marijuana ever killing anyone, despite the fact that it is illegal in America.

“Whitney Houston is just one of countless Americans who are victims of Big Pharma, an industry that cares far more about corporate profits than it does about the lives of real people. And today, we have lost yet another iconic American artist whose life was cut short by addiction, prescription drugs and the entire “medication culture” that exists in America today,” writes Adams, pointing out that Houston’s erratic behavior before her death clearly indicated she was suffering from the side-effects of psychiatric drugs, including Xanax, which is known to cause odd behavior and suicidal thoughts.

With the two industries tied at the hip, don’t expect the corporate media to do much to impugn its relationship with the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical boondoggle by reporting the truth about Houston’s cause of death.

Big Pharma spends more money on promotion and advertising than it does on research and development, a huge chunk of which goes to the big news networks, so don’t think for a second the likes of CNN, NBC and CBS will be too eager to make the connection between Houston’s intake of pharmaceutical drugs and her untimely demise.

Following the media orchestrated circus earlier today in New Hampshire, Ron Paul terminated an interview with CNN correspondent Dana Bash after she said a voter was “turned off” by his decision to leave the diner in Manchester.

Before terminating the interview, Paul said the chaotic situation at a New Hampshire eatery was created by the media. “It says something about the media,” Paul responded. “Because you, the media, did that,” he said, pointing at Bash.

Following the interview, the New York Times tried to make it appear Paul’s patience with the establishment media has run out.

“This is the second time that Mr. Paul has walked out of an interview with CNN. He did it in December, albeit politely, when the political analyst Gloria Borger asked about his involvement with inflammatory newsletters,” writes Michael Barbaro for the Times.

It was later discovered that CNN edited the video to make it appear Paul had abruptly ended the interview. In fact, the interview had concluded, but Borger continued to ask Paul questions. CNN and the establishment media then said Paul had stormed off in order to make him appear angry and petulant.

Paul’s exchange with Bash begins at one minute fourteen seconds in the video above.

Japan’s Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant experienced full meltdowns at three reactors in the wake of an earthquake and tsunami in March, the country’s Nuclear Emergency Response Headquarters said Monday.

The nuclear group’s new evaluation, released Monday, goes further than previous statements in describing the extent of the damage caused by an earthquake and tsunami on March 11.

The announcement will not change plans for how to stabilize the Fukushima Daiichi plant, the agency said.

Every once in a while, establishment control of the mainstream media cracks for a moment.  In an effort to achieve higher ratings, mainstream news programs will invite guests on that promise to be “interesting”, but then they will say something that is not part of the script and the entire system will go into a state of chaos for a moment. One example of this happened recently when two CNN “infobabes” interviewed former CIA officer Michael Scheuer about the situation on the ground in Libya. They asked Scheuer some questions regarding the role of the CIA in Libya, but the interview rapidly moved in some directions that the “infobabes” were not anticipating.  Instead of sticking to the “Republican” or the “Democrat” script, Scheuer ripped both parties and he detailed many of the reasons why we should have never gone into Libya at all.

The “infobabes” grew increasingly uncomfortable as Scheuer described how large numbers of the resistance fighters in Libya have fought against U.S. troops in the Balkans, in Afghanistan and in Iraq.  They did not seem pleased at all when Scheuer declared that the civil war in Libya is “none of our business” and that to the rest of the world this conflict looks like “Americans killing Muslims for oil” all over again.

The funniest part of the interview was when Scheuer accused one of the “infobabes” of “carrying the water for Mr. Obama”.  After that statement, the female anchor that Scheuer was addressing was visibly flustered and quickly went to a commercial.

Wasn’t that hilarious?

When a big time establishment news network such as CNN goes “off script” it can be a beautiful thing to watch.

Of course Scheuer was exactly right.  We never should have gotten involved in the civil war in Libya.  It was none of our business.  When the rebels picked up arms and started shooting at government forces, they should not have been surprised when Gadhafi’s forces started shooting back.

Over the past few decades, there have been some very real genocides happening all over Africa, but the U.S. never seemed to care about any of those.

But now the mainstream media has been trying really hard to spin the civil war in Libya into a “great humanitarian crisis”.

Well, that might fool some of the American people, but as Scheuer aptly pointed out, the rest of the world sees this as just another U.S. war in the Middle East for oil (and banking).

But instead of getting a balanced view of the war in Libya, most of the time the corporate media has focused on an endless parade of establishment Republicans and establishment Democrats that fully endorse the war.  Of course the Republicans all try to score some political points by questioning how Obama is going about doing things, but in the end most Republicans and most Democrats are fully on board with what is going on in Libya.

Nearly everyone in the mainstream media seems to be fully on board with this war as well.

Why?

Well, because virtually all of the major media outlets are owned by the establishment, and the establishment wants this war.

Have you ever noticed that the news seems to have the same “flavor” no matter what channel you turn to?

There is a very good reason for that.

In an article that I previously authoried entitled “Who Owns The Media?“, I explained that six incredibly dominant corporations control most of the news that we see today….

Back in 1983, approximately 50 corporations controlled the vast majority of all news media in the United States.  Today, ownership of the news media has been concentrated in the hands of just six incredibly powerful media corporations.  These corporate behemoths control most of what we watch, hear and read every single day.  They own television networks, cable channels, movie studios, newspapers, magazines, publishing houses, music labels and even many of our favorite websites. Sadly, most Americans don’t even stop to think about who is feeding them the endless hours of news and entertainment that they constantly ingest.  Most Americans don’t really seem to care about who owns the media.  But they should.  The truth is that each of us is deeply influenced by the messages that are constantly being pounded into our heads by the mainstream media.  The average American watches 153 hours of television a month.  In fact, most Americans begin to feel physically uncomfortable if they go too long without watching or listening to something.  Sadly, most Americans have become absolutely addicted to news and entertainment and the ownership of all that news and entertainment that we crave is being concentrated in fewer and fewer hands each year.

The six corporations that collectively control U.S. media today are Time Warner, Walt Disney, Viacom, Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp., CBS Corporation and NBC Universal.  Together, the “big six” absolutely dominate news and entertainment in the United States.

Yes, there are always some minor differences in news broadcasts, and in recent years we have seen outlets such as Fox News attempt to become “the establishment Republican news” and outlets such as MSNBC attempt to become “the establishment Democrat news”, but at the end of the day the kind of news that we get from all of them is pretty much the same.

But sometimes there are moments when establishment control of the news crumbles for just a moment.

Another example of this happened recently when Donald Trump made an appearance on The View.  Not that Donald Trump is a huge “rebel”, but apparently he has not gotten the message that you are not supposed to question Barack Obama’s birth certificate on television.

In the United States today, if you want to get into college or if you want to apply for a good job usually you have to give a great deal of information about your background and produce a whole host of documentation about your past.  For many jobs, applicants actually must be willing to submit to a very thorough formal background check.

Whatever you may think about Obama, you have to admit that what he has been able to accomplish is rather extraordinary.  He applied for the most important job in the world, and yet he kept vast sections of his background a complete and total secret.  He did not produce his birth certificate, he did not produce his Columbia University transcript (or much information at all regarding his educational background), there are quite a few years of his life that really can’t be accounted for at all and there are very serious questions about his Social Security number.

Yet in spite of all that he convinced the American people to make him the president of the United States.

That has got to make Barack Obama one of the greatest con men in U.S. history.

Hopefully in the future a law will be passed or the American people will demand that all politicians disclose at least the most basic information about their backgrounds.

For Obama to be able to get this far while keeping vast portions of his background a complete and total secret is absolutely mind blowing.

In any event, it has been refreshing to see some “cracks” appear in the control of the mainstream news lately.

Whether it is the war in Libya or whether it is Barack Obama’s background, the truth is that we should all be free to ask the important questions.

Our founding fathers believed very strongly in freedom of speech for a reason.  Free speech shines light in dark places and it holds people accountable.  Free speech protects our freedoms and it keeps tyranny at bay.

Free speech is very precious and it is easily lost.  Once free speech is gone it is incredibly difficult to get back.  Let us cling to free speech and cherish it deeply, because it is absolutely central to who we are as a nation.
