Well it is pouring down outside, here inside it is dry and cousy. All our christmastmas lights are glowing, sending a warm signal to the otherwise cold world.

We have closed the door on reality for far to long and now when it is knocking on the door we look so supprised. We need to ger back out there in the real world and start careing for what is left of this sinking ship.

All the running for the perfect body, the pampering of our fake selves have to stop if we are to survive. Yes I wear makeup, but no, I do not put plastic padding under my skin, or lift this and that! I am getting older, things are starting to sag…. So what! The world will not go under because I do not looklike twenty or fifteen!

So instead of Fakeing who you are by remodelling yourself I would suggest therapy, because if you hate what you see the solution is not to go under the knife, but to find out why you hate what you see.

It is time to let reality take its rightful place among us and stop lying to ourselves about our immortallety. The reality is that even if we strech the skin to its max lift things both left and right we will not get any younger. We should embrace ageing as an result of living and learning. Hopefully it has given me wisdom that I can share with others. No matter how much we try to look younger the ageing inside is still happening. I for one am not afraid to die. I am proud of me and how I look. There is no way I would ever put myselfe under the knife to look better.( The only time that would happen would be if I for some reason get badly ingured and I would need reconstruction.)

So in this cold world that we live in could ger much warmer if we stopped being so non careing of others than of ourselves. .
